We visit communities that need yoga most including homeless shelters, mental institutions, the deaf community, elderly veterans home, rehab-centers and many more. For those with financial difficulties, we offer free classes in local studios. Those going through struggles ofter would benefit most from yoga, but it is especially out of reach to those who truly need it.
Yoga has benefits including lowering stress, relieving anxiety and depression, and many more. Many people still believe in myths about yoga such as yoga is religious, yoga is only for flexible people, etc.- We want to remove those myths, especially for kids, We go to schools and educate our next generation about benefits of yoga.
